FREE DELIVERY
We offer FREE shipping in Australia for all orders over AUD $50 (inclusive of GST).
We offer FREE shipping to the USA for all orders over USD $50.
There is no free shipping for Imperfect Picks.
SHIPPING OPTIONS - AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND
We offer three different methods of delivery.
Standard Shipping Cost: FREE on orders $50 or over Australia wide
Standard Shipping Cost: $10 for orders under $50 to Australia or $15 to New Zealand
Shipping Time Metro Aust: 3-4 business days Delivery Time Regional and New Zealand: 5-7 business days
Express Shipping Cost: $12 to Australia and $30 to New Zealand
Delivery Time Metro: 1-2 business days
Delivery Time Regional & NZ: Please allow an additional 2-5 business days
Same Day Shipping for Sydney*: $20 (orders must be placed before 1pm).
*Regions of Sydney Metro include: Central and Inner Metro, Northern Beaches, North Shore and Western Suburbs.
Once orders are placed, they are not able to be edited, added to or cancelled. If you place your order over a weekend or on a public holiday it will be processed and sent out the next business day (Monday to Friday).

You may experience slightly longer delivery times during peak periods, or due to other Australia Post delivery issues that are unforeseen or unavoidable events beyond Flavedo & Albedo's reasonable control. Orders are shipped from Sydney, Australia. All prices stated are in Australian Dollars (AUD$) when shopping the AUS site.

We offer USPS shipping within USA.
Standard Shipping Cost: FREE on orders USD $50 or over
Standard Shipping Cost: USD $10 for orders under USD $50
Shipping Time: 2-5 business days

TRACKING
You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order has been processed.
SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES
We are unable to process split shipments within one order. If you wish to deliver to multiple addresses, you can do this by creating separate orders, each with their own delivery address.
LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact support@flavedoandalbedo.com. If you have not received your order within 4 working days, please contact us so that we can assist you.
30 DAYS EASY RETURNS
Not 100% happy with your order? You can return any item within 30 days of purchase if the item is unused and unmarked in the original packaging.
